This sauce goes great on pork tenderloin.
- 2 Tablespoons of 2/3 cup of dry white wine
- 7-8 fresh blackberries
- 3 Tablespoons of City Farm Foods Blackberry Basil Jam
- Sugar to taste
1. Melt butter in small saucepan.
2. Add wine, and simmer for 15 minutes until liquid reduces somewhat.
3. Add blackberries and jam. Whisk well until blackberries break down.
4. Add sugar to taste and mix well.
Serve over warm pork tenderloin or chops
